Richard Dennis Wright, 72, passed away on Monday December 10, 2018, at Atrium Health Care, Charlotte. He was born October 14, 1946, in Cleveland County, to the late Lawrence and Grace Greene Wright.
He is survived by his daughter Wanda Cook and husband David of Shelby; sons Randy Wright and wife Lisl of Polkville and Ricky Wright of Hopewell; brother Gene Wright of Shelby; sister Shelia Griggs of Fallston; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son Mark Wright and a brother Michael Wright.
Services will be private.
