Patricia Alexander

Patricia Player Alexander, 74, of Nashville, TN, passed away on March 3, 2014 at St.Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN. She was born January 20, 1941 in North Carolina to the late Moses Player and Grace Ring Carver.

Patricia was a beloved mother and grandmother. She fought a courageous 6 year battle with cancer with bravery and grace. She brought joy to each life she touched and looked for the positive light in every situation. She was a follower of Jesus Christ and is now enjoying being home in His arms.

She is survived by her two daughters; Ashley and husband Mark Montpetit of Valparaiso, IN and Cheryl and husband Shelton Dickson of Nashville,TN, Granddaughter: Hanna Montpetit, Sister Judy Kelly and husband Rick of Bessemer City, NC. Nephews and Nieces: Todd Kelly, Olivia Hood, Nicole Williams, Ashley Williams, Jennifer Nichols.

Patricia is preceded in death by Dad: Moses Player, Mom: Grace Ring Carver, Step mother: Beatrice Player, Brothers: Paul Player and Larry Player, Sister: Mary P. Williams.
