Lewis “Louie” Avery Dover, 59, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born on July 3, 1960, in York County, SC to Ethel Bolin Dover and the late Avery Dover.
He was preceded in death by his brother Jody Dover.
Lewis loved riding motorcycles.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife Tammy Dover; mother Ethel Bolin Dover; sisters, Puddin Whisnant, Rachel Robinson and husband Donnie, Chrissy Helms and husband Mark; brothers Carl Dover, Charlie Dover and wife Misty; numerous nieces and nephews.
Lewis’s memorial service will be held 2: 00 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Chrissy’s house with Pastor Mitchell Bolin officiating.
