Larry Stephen Albright

Larry Steven Albright, 79, of Stanley, North Carolina passed away on December 4, 2025. Born in Bessemer City, North Carolina. Larry built a life rooted in integrity and dedication. He worked proudly as a welder, a craft that reflected his steady hands and strong spirit.

Larry found joy in life’s simple pleasures – fishing on quiet mornings, coaching baseball and shaping young lives, and spending time at the beach and in the mountains. He especially loved watching his granddaughters play volleyball and softball, cheering them on with immense pride.

He is survived by his two sons, Gregg (Alicia) and David (Jennifer), and by three granddaughters who light up his life; Allison, Caitlyn, and Paisley. He also leaves behind multiple cousins and extended family members who cherished him dearly.

Larry is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sandy, and his parents, Ray and Louise.

His memory will continue to live on through the many lives he touched with his love, kindness, and unwavering devotion.
