Eula Perkins

Eula Grigg Perkins, 91, of Gastonia, died, July 5, 2012, at Alexandria Place, Gastonia.   She was born on October 27, 1920, in Gaston County to the late David Weaver and Fannie Winebarger Grigg.



Eula retired from Parkdale Mills after 40 years of service and she was a member of West Franklin Baptist Church in Gastonia.  The family wishes to thank the staff at Alexandria Place for their loving care.



Graveside Service will be 3:00 PM Monday at Gaston Memorial Park with Rev. Steven Blanton officiating.



Visitation will be 1:00-2:30 PM Monday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City.



She is survived by her daughters, Sherry P. Carson and husband Dean, Judy P. Smith and husband Linny all of Gastonia; sister, Cora lee Smith of Bessemer City; grandchildren, Kimberly Carson, Jerry Carson, Brian Smith, Alice S. Sisk; great-grandchildren, Emily Taylor, Katelyn Sisk.



She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Clarence "Skinny" Garland Perkins; brothers, David and J. W. Grigg.
