Danny Carol Carpenter, 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at home. He was born on December 18, 1949, in Gaston County to Carl Carpenter and the late Margaret Ethridge Carpenter.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife Karen Carpenter; sons Daniel Carl Carpenter, Jason C. Vervlied and wife Tanya; daughter Fon Keys and husband James; father and stepmother Carl and Gladys “Jenny” Carpenter; grandchildren Adalya, Michael, Chris, James, Jr., Jesseca, Brandon, Brian; 7 great-grandchildren.
Danny will lie in state from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Thursday April 30, 2020 at Sisk Butler Funeral & Cremation Services.
His graveside service will be private at Gaston Memorial Park with Rev. Ronnie Dale officiating.
