Christopher Day Pritchett

Christopher Pritchett, 43, of Dallas passed away on August 2, 2025, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN. He was born on May 31, 1982, to Dennis Day Pritchett (Jacquline) and Starlene Rayfield.

He is preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Jerline Perryman, maternal grandfather, Jerry Rayfield, paternal grandmother, Grace Pritchett, paternal grandfather, William Pritchett, Sr.

Christopher attended Ultimate Life Church for 3 years. He loved to fish, play the drums, and write music. He was a comedian at heart. Christopher loved driving semi-trucks.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, wife of 12 years, Cynthia Marisela Pritchett (Tasso); sons, Benjamin Pritchett, Samuel Pritchett; daughters, Hailey Pritchett, Sophia Pritchett; brothers, David Wishnefsky (Jessica). Donald Lutz (Partner Jamie King) Jeremy Pritchett (Courtni Jackson); sisters, Meleah Stiles (Charles), Jessica Quick (Jefferson); numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Cramerton Temple of God, 5021 Wilkinson Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28056, with Reverend Meleah Stiles officiating.

Christopher’s funeral service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, August 8, 2025.

Interment will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.
