Bessie Moore McDonald, 92, of Lowell, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Peak Resources of Gastonia. She was born December 11, 1923 in Davie County, to the late William and Sophronia Hollemon Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Houston E. McDonald.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Charles McDonald , and daughter, Jean Bolin and husband Bob all of Kings Mountain; one grandchild; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Her graveside service will be held at 3 pm Monday April 4, 2016 at Hollywood Cemetery with the Rev. Brian Taule officiating.
