Aubrey "AG" Grady Phifer, Jr

Aubrey “AG” Grady Phifer, Jr., 98, of Bessemer City passed away on August 3, 2025, at Benton House of Grayson, GA. He was born on January 23, 1927, to the late Aubrey Grady Phifer, Sr and Glady’s Rush Phifer.

He is preceded in death by wife of 75 years, Cloie Harmon Phifer.

AG served in the United States Navy.

Those left to cherish his memory include son, Jimmy Phifer (Jeanine); daughter, Stephanie Balderson (the late, Tom); grandchildren, Thomas Ashley Balderson; Lindsey Masiello (Frankie); great grandchildren, Talmadge Masiello and Gage Masiello; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends that loved him dearly.

AG’s graveside service will be Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00 am at Westview Gardens Cemetery.
